Vybez Official Exchange Policy

At Vybez Official, we want you to feel confident and satisfied with every purchase. If something isn’t vibin’ right, we’ve got you covered with a smooth and simple exchange process.

Eligibility for Exchange

  • Items must be exchanged within 7 days of delivery.

  • Products must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.

  • Sale items, accessories, and custom orders are non-exchangeable unless faulty.

How to Request an Exchange

  1. Email us at info@vybezofficial.com with your order number and the reason for exchange.

  2. Let us know the new size, color, or item you'd like in exchange.

  3. Once approved, we’ll share the return shipping details.

  4. Ship the item back to us — customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was incorrect or faulty.

Exchange Approval

  • Once we receive and inspect your item, we’ll process the exchange within 3-5 business days.

  • If the requested item is out of stock, we’ll offer a store credit or suitable alternative.

Important Notes

  • We do not offer refunds, only exchanges or store credit.

  • Items sent back without prior exchange request will not be accepted.

  • We reserve the right to deny exchanges that do not meet our policy requirements.
